4 tips to live your dreams

Do you dare to dream, to visualise?


You only dream at night, right? You are sleeping wonderfully and you dream about everything that has passed or perhaps what you would like. Have you had dreams lately and do you remember them?


Do you also dream during the day or only when you sleep? I think dreaming or visualising is why we are here. Everything starts with a thought, so how are your thoughts? Are they realistic? Or are they hoping that everything will be okay? Or are you dreaming about what you can create?


Do you still dare to dream? Dreaming is visualising, a thought that passes by and you continue your day with, you can also imagine what your life could be like.

Thoughts come and go and are shaped by the way you are conditioned and your surroundings.

By your outside world or you receive them from someone. When you were still little, you still dared to dream during the day. You were a pirate or astronaut or race car driver or princess. We often lose dreams somewhere in the process of growing older and think that it is no longer possible.


But be aware that you create your own life. Everything you see around you, materially, created by man, was first conceived in someone's thoughts. Someone invented a chair, your mascara brush, the internet came from someone's thoughts. Someone has dared to dream, has dared to create and visualize.


So you create every day, but are you aware of it and do you use your imagination positively or negatively and how do you fill your story? Do you do this based on past experiences and are you very rational or do you really dare to dream and focus on what you want to create? Every day you are shaping your life.


Did you know that you have 4 tools available with which you can create your own world? We have tools at our own disposal with which we can create everything we want to create.


  1. Your first tool is dreaming, visualising. Do you still dare to dream or visualise what you would like to do in your life or do you immediately think, no, I cannot do this or no, this is really impossible. Did you know that Everything you see in the physical world was created twice. 1st time as someone's thought and the 2nd time in the physical world. Everything around you. Now start your day with a visualisation of what your day will look like!
  2. Focus, If you focus on what you want to do or achieve, all your energy goes there. Our thoughts go in all directions and are often influenced by our outside world. If you focus on what you want to create and stick with it, it will really happen. where focus goes Energy flows…
  3. Feelings, feeling... You are what you think and feel. If you have negative thoughts, you often have a bad feeling (you know that feeling of getting out of bed on the wrong side? It often has an impact on the whole day.), If you have positive or happy thoughts, you will get energy and feel bigger. Gratitude helps with positive thoughts. Did you know that if you become aware of your thoughts you can convert them into positive thoughts? 95% of your thoughts are unconscious and are often on autopilot and are influenced by outside influences. If you often watch news or social media, your thoughts are often fed negatively and your feelings are also more likely to be negative. Fear, sadness and powerlessness often occur. As soon as you create more peace in your thoughts more often by focusing (meditation can help with this), your feelings will also be calmer and more positive.
  4. Action, movement... Yes, and then you have thought of something, visualized it, and then what? Then you get into the action and you start moving. Making a decision is also action. You can take small steps every day to create big goals. Write them down, the small steps, every evening and take action. No matter how big or small.
